Scott Jones
Chief Financial OfficerScott is a strategic problem solver who partners with members of leadership and operational management to drive top tier financial results for Mustang Extreme. Scott leads the accounting, treasury and financial teams and is also responsible for information systems.
Doug Stratton
Corporate HSE Director/HR DirectorDoug oversees all HSE and HR functions and is committed to ensuring a safe and positive work environment. Doug and the Mustang Extreme Leadership Team strive to provide and create a work atmosphere and culture that is second to none. Doug is supported by a Field Safety and Human Resources team with a collective 30+ years implementing HSE and HR programs that enforce, support, and encourage safe practices and ethical policy standards. Danny Donaldson
Vice President of OperationsDanny is an operations leader focused on building high performing teams, delivering excellent customer service and value to stakeholders. Danny’s 30 years of operational experience in the energy industry has included various senior executive roles with specialty services businesses. Through operating discipline, process improvements, he continues to challenge the Mustang Extreme Team to achieve excellence in all facets of business.
Gregg Abney
General Manager EnvironmentalGregg’s 30+ years of experience in geosynthetic liner systems includes field engineering, project supervision, project management, and quality control. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Russian, Gregg has provided contracting and project management both domestically and internationally for mining, landfill, CCR, and agricultural installations.
Chad Lavender
VP Water TreatmentChad’s career in water treatment solutions began more than 20 years ago in the oilfields in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has perfected a rigorous approach to the design of subsurface aeration and chemical injection systems and on-the-fly mobile water treatment services. He also designed the M.E.G.A. Remote Water Quality and Leak Detection Monitoring systems. Chad’s work has helped our customers recycle and reuse over 500 million barrels of water, supporting our commitment to being good stewards of the environment.
Dr. Steve Roeder
Chief EngineerSteve’s career in water management and quality assurance spans more than 25 years and includes positions with major energy companies including Enron, Halliburton and Fluor. He also spent 10 years in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait in charge of water purification for the U.S. military and in Western Africa creating Ebola camps. With degrees in chemical engineering, nuclear engineering and a PhD in chemistry, Steve provides a high level of sophistication to Mustang Extreme’s water treatment services.
